**Note: I reference back to this list in my writing by using notations that I’ve placed at the end of each citation below. For books, I’ve called “A Man’s Guide To A Civilized Divorce” B1. I call the other books B2, B3 and so on. In the blog when I’m referencing Margulies, I call it (Margulies, B1 Pg. #). I reference journal articles and websites in the same way.
